Dr. Arie Fishbein is one of Israel's prominent figures in the integration of technology, security, management, and human leadership. A senior officer (Brigadier General, ret.) and former Commander of the Air Defense Array in the Israeli Air Force, he has nearly three decades of experience leading technologically complex systems and managing people under extreme conditions.
After his retirement from the IDF, he served in senior management positions in the defense industry, including as Project Manager for the development and establishment of the radar system for the "Iron Dome" at Elta Systems. Concurrently, he developed innovative management and leadership methods in the academic and business worlds, based on an approach that views people as the core of the system and human connection as the key to exceptional performance.
Dr. Fishbein holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (specializing in Business Administration) and a Doctorate in Management and Human Leadership. Dr. Fishbein lectures at academic institutions and leading companies, and is recognized as a unifying force between the worlds of defense, high-tech, energy, and strategic management.
Within the BitSolar Quantum initiative, Dr. Fishbein leads the multi-modular integration array, responsible for coordination between the energy, mining, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence arms. Yoel Amir brings with him rich managerial experience, sharp business vision, and proven ability to lead complex organizations into an era of growth, technology, and innovation.
Over the past two decades, Amir has served in senior CEO positions at leading groups in the economy – including Coface BDI and PassportCard – where he managed systemic transformation processes, developed financial and technological growth engines, and established strategic partnerships with insurance companies, financial institutions, and regulators in Israel and worldwide.
The extensive knowledge he has accumulated in risk management, insurance, credit rating, and business intelligence, alongside a deep understanding of digital transformation processes, positions him in a natural leadership position for an innovative business initiative on an international scale — such as BitSolar Quantum.
Amir brings to the initiative's management table a rare combination of sharp financial thinking, broad systemic approach, and multidimensional management capabilities, which are essential for managing a project that crosses boundaries between the fields of renewable energy, quantum computing, digital mining, and AI.
In his role as CEO, Amir is expected to lead the global vision of BitSolar Quantum: building the organizational infrastructure, strengthening international partnerships, developing financial and investment models, and leading the multidisciplinary team toward the implementation of a vision based on sustainability, human intelligence, and advanced technology.
