A senior officer (Brigadier General, ret.) and former Commander of the Air Defense Array in the Israeli Air Force, he has nearly three decades of experience leading technologically complex systems and managing people under extreme conditions.
After his retirement from the IDF, he served in senior management positions in the defense industry, including as Project Manager for the development and establishment of the radar system for the "Iron Dome" at Elta Systems. Dr. Fishbein holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (specializing in Business Administration) and a Doctorate in Management and Human Leadership.
